First, please visit our "Criteria" page to determine if your homes meet our simple criteria and to

find a list of market areas in which we currently are purchasing.

Information needed:

Our Process starts by gathering the following basic information on each house in your portfolio:

Address and zip code

Number of bedrooms/baths

Age of the structure

Square footage of the structure

Actual current rent

Property taxes

HOA fees if any

You may download our spreadsheet under "PRICING" to input your package information or

Additional information on improvements such as roofs, heating or AC systems, etc., as well as dates

of the these improvements, is helpful, but certainly not initially essential.

We welcome links to pictures, but they are also not necessary. We have our own proprietary

software used in our evaluations, so additional information such as demographics, market rent, etc.

is not needed.

Initial Offer:

Once we receive the above referenced portfolio information, we will price the package and respond

to you typically within 3 business days with an offer. We will also inform you at that time the

period needed for due diligence and closing.
